A Note from Jaime…
As a photographer and travel enthusiast, I fell in love with long-distance walking in the English countryside during my first visit to the Cotswolds in 2017.
Through this experience, God revitalized my soul and my creative spirit. I knew I couldn’t keep this adventure to myself and dreamed of sharing the experience with other women.
In 2022, I began leading Women’s Walking Retreats in the Cotswolds and have been humbled by the transformative impact this experience has had on numerous women.
Whether it’s the time and space to decompress and heal, the chance to savour the sweetness of being present and partaking in deep rest, or the opportunity to dream for the future, this unique retreat is designed to leave you restored and inspired.
I am delighted to offer this experience to another small group of women in the fall of 2027 and am praying for each future guest.
I can’t wait to adventure with you in the Cotswolds!
Jaime Fenwick

Your Itinerary - September 5-11, 2027
Following your arrival at London Heathrow, you’ll be whisked away to the ancient market town of Stow-on-the-Wold, deep in the heart of the Cotswolds. There you’ll stay for 2 nights at the charming and luxurious Old Stocks Inn. Settle in, meet the group, and enjoy a hearty Welcome Dinner at The Porch House, which harkens back to 947 AD!
Day 1
We’ll begin our first walk in the bustling town of Burford and make our way along the River Windrush to the quiet village of Swinbrook. This walk will include a visit to an ancient country church built on Roman ruins and lunch at The Swan Inn, a gorgeous village pub. Return to Stow-on-the-Wold for a 2nd night at Old Stocks Inn. Walk Distance: Approx 4 miles/6.5 km.
Day 2
Our day will begin with a walk to the village of Naunton. Along the way we’ll stroll through charming hamlets, shady woodlands, and meadows along the River Windrush. After lunch at the Black Horse, make our way back to Lower Slaughter, where we’ll check into Slaughters Country Inn for 2 nights. Walk Distance: 6 miles/9.7 km
Day 3
Begin the day with a visit to Sudeley Castle, the home and burial site of Katherine Parr, the 6th wife of King Henry VIII. Afterwards we’ll walk through the town of Winchombe to the hamlet of Hailes and enjoy a fantastic farm lunch at the local orchard cafe. Later that afternoon we’ll return to Slaughters Country Inn then enjoy a relaxed afternoon tea at a Slaughters Country Manor. Those keen on a short evening walk can explore the village or take a stroll through nearby pastures to the tranquil village of Upper Slaughter. Walk Distance: 3 miles/4.8 km & 2 miles/3.2 km (Total: 5 miles/8 km)
Day 4
Following checkout, we’ll walk from the village of Snowshill to the town of Broadway via Broadway Tower. We’ll end the walking portion of our retreat with a 2-night stay at the sumptuous Lygon Arms Hotel, which features an indoor pool, hot tub, saunas, and steam room, along with access to full spa services - the perfect way to unwind after a week of walking! Walk Distance: 4.7 miles/7.6 km

Cancellation Policy
The same cancellation policy applies whether you pay in full or choose a payment plan.
We understand that plans can change, particularly when reserving a retreat well in advance. The following cancellation terms are designed to provide flexibility in the months following booking while also allowing us to make the advance financial commitments required to operate the retreat.

If we are unable to fill your place, all payments made until the time of cancellation will remain non-refundable.

Replacement Guests
If you need to cancel, please contact us via email as soon as possible. Bringing Inspiration Home will make reasonable efforts to fill your place but cannot guarantee that a replacement guest will be found.

Cancellation by Bringing Inspiration Home
In the unlikely event that Bringing Inspiration Home is unable to operate the retreat, we will make every reasonable effort to recover payments made to hotels, transportation providers, and other retreat suppliers.
Guests will be refunded all retreat payments that have not already been committed to non-refundable or non-recoverable retreat expenses, along with any amounts we are able to recover from our suppliers.
Because accommodations, transportation, and other retreat services are secured and paid for well in advance, we cannot guarantee the refund of payments that have already become non-refundable or non-recoverable.
Bringing Inspiration Home is not responsible for additional expenses incurred by guests, including airfare, additional accommodations, transportation, travel insurance, or other personal travel expenses.
Force Majeure
Bringing Inspiration Home is not responsible for cancellation, interruption, delay, or changes resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather or natural disasters, government actions or travel restrictions, war or civil unrest, public health emergencies, significant transportation disruptions, or other events that make the retreat impossible, unsafe, or impracticable to operate.
In these circumstances, refunds cannot be guaranteed because payments may already have been made to hotels, transportation providers, guides, and other suppliers. Where possible, we will work with our suppliers to provide any refunds, credits, rescheduling options, or other alternatives that may be available.
Travel Insurance
Guests are responsible for purchasing their own travel insurance with sufficient coverage for their retreat investment, including trip cancellation and interruption, medical emergencies, and unexpected travel disruptions. Guests are responsible for reviewing their policy to ensure it provides the coverage they need.
Because unexpected circumstances can arise before or during international travel, we encourage you to purchase your policy soon after booking and to carefully review the coverage, exclusions, and claim requirements. You may also wish to consider Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) coverage for additional protection, as this coverage is often only available within a limited period following your initial trip payment.
Each guest is responsible for selecting and maintaining appropriate travel insurance for her individual circumstances. Bringing Inspiration Home does not provide, review, or guarantee individual insurance coverage.
